Hans Christian CD releases

Hans' first musical release in 1988 was called "Signals from Unterland" and offered a dramatic mixture of cello compositions, vocalizations, and other sonic embellishments. The follow-up in 1989 was called "Hypnotized" and already showed a more restrained melodic sensitivity. Since then, Hans' music always has a strong melodic component, regardless whether it was recorded on solo cello in Chartes Cathedral (Sancta Camisia), live with live-looping (Undefended Heart, All Is Well), or in the studio. 

His orchestral sensitivities are are a signature sound, and his solo cello performances are immediately identifiable for their heart-yearning beauty. Sometimes, edgy, often serene, always refined...
